Rules and Reagulations
Idea’s Forum Rules 1.) Keep your ideas rated “G”, or PG-13 at the least. We honestly don’t care what you want to do with Jimmy on Friday night, and why it’s so important to express it in so much detail. I want this forum to stay clean and happy. Is this making any sense?
2.) Vulgar and inappropriate actions towards other members is NOT acceptable. Mentally, and physically, if that's even possible. Don’t be an antagonist, it’s very annoying. =(
3.) Same goes for language. Keep the conversations on a decent level. Some of us get disgusted easily.
Absence Forum Rules:
First off: Why are you leaving us in the first place!? That’s so rude. But we will miss you dearly.
1.) When someone is leaving for some unknown reason, don’t rejoice out loud. It makes them feel worse, and they won’t want to come back. Then they’re really gone. =(
2.) Could you try to keep it short? Some of us can’t stand to read such long paragraphs, or explanations as to why you are leaving. We don’t need a whole lot there, just a simple, “I’m going to be gone for a bit, hope to be back soon!” would be just nice. =)
3.) If you’re going to be gone for a day or three, don’t tell us. It’s not that long anyways. I’m sure some of us would survive for the remainder of that time you are absent.
Last; please come back soon!
Photography
1.) We all love picture threads! Seeing everyone’s beautiful faces is a real treat! But don’t post any inappropriate photos. Ex: nudes, inappropriate positions, bad body language, etc. Keep it clean, please.
2.) We might have some photography threads. I think we’d all love to see your work. =) When posting a picture, please post one YOU took. Not someone else’s. We don’t like fakes. And if your friend took this amazing picture, and you just have to share it, give them credit. No plagiarism.
3.) Don’t bad mouth other member’s work. It’s very inappropriate, and hurts their feelings. And we do care about feelings in this forum! >=/ It makes you look ignorant and uncaring. Just give them some simple criticism, and help them get better. We don’t want to see any, “I hate this. It’s stupid.” If such rude comments are made an admin will repremande your behaviour. Next time? Well, we don’t give second chances. =) That kind of behavior doesn’t belong here.
Signatures/Avatars:
1.) Once again, PLEASE keep it appropriate. No nude, disgusting pictures, or bad language.
2.) Be original. Don’t steal someone else’s work. Once again, plagiarism is not accepted. But if you do, ask them first, and give them credit.
3.) Don’t harass someone for a signature or avatar. It’s VERY annoying. Chances are, they don’t even want to make you one now.
4.) When making your own thread, keep all or your work in THAT thread. You don’t need to post a new one every time you make a new set. It’s too much spam.
5.) All signatures must be at most 500x300. If it stretches the board, please resize.
Music:
1.) We will have a couple music threads. Ex: Song of the Moment. We don’t care what you list, or what you are listening to. Just don’t spam the thread with conversations. I.e. ‘“Gimmie More’ - Britney Spears. OMG Julie! Did you see Days of our Lives yesterday!? Jack was amazing!” NONE of this.
2.) If you’re having trouble about a song, and need help understanding it, go ahead and post away! But don’t post stupid songs, that are talking about drinking, or sex. No one wants to explain that to you. =/
Other:
1.) If you’re having any problems with the site, or are finding another member unreasonably rude, don’t harass us with messages. Just send us one. We will get to it.
2.) Please, please, PLEASE keep these forums clean and happy. You are allowed to post about a million topics here, so keep them appropriate. Because you do have the freedom of speech. But be wise.
3.) Contests. These are fun. But before you start one, please run it by with the moderator of that forum. And keep your topics fun. No stupid ones. Ex: Best Middle Finger Picture! That’s incredibly stupid, and believe me, I have seen one just like that.
Poetry:
1.) Poetry is such a wonderful art. =) But don’t bad mouth it. If you don’t like it, say it in a nicer way, and give reasons as to why you don’t like it. No short one or two word replies.
2.) Make sure all poetry is originally your work. You are allowed to share poems by other people, just give them credit.
3.) Inappropriate poems will be automatically deleted. Keep them CLEAN.
Spamming:
1.) Spamming is an official IP Ban. Spamming is absolutely not allowed on this forum; As in many forums.
Topics of mature audiences:
1.) If you would like to have a mature, honest, and responable topic about more adult conversations ask the owner of the site. This topic will not be used, however, to discuss in vulgar detail drugs, alcohol, sex, or any illegal doings.
2.) Sexual topics must be held in HIGH maturity. Silly and immature remarks are to be removed immediately. But please, we will keep it on a level that isn't too offensive to any members.
Role Play:
1.) We have had questions about the rules regarding in Role Plays. YES they still apply. However, the cursing may be more vulgar. Do not push it.
2.) Sex is to be avoided. Keep it at a standard PG-13 rated. I.E. Kissing, hugging. Nothing past that.
3.) The mention of drugs and alcohol cannot be elaborated. Skip the detail on that. If you want to state a man was "drunkely stubbling into the pub," that is accepted. Do not mention the brand of alcohol.
4.) Other dimmensions are not permitted. Examples eould be ghost plain, nightmare relm, ect; Reasons include the fact that it would more or less lead into a pointless Rp. Like saying that you go into another world, you've left the original room entirely.
5.) Absolutely NO God Modding. If you make your character invinsible, I will PERSONALLY ban you for an ammount of time that could vary between 1 day to a whole week. It will, of course be a three warnings mark. First offense, warning level. Second offense, a long letter lecture. Third, you're banned.
6.) All roleplays must be atleast 250 words. Any less just makes our site look unprofesional and boring.
7.) When RolePlaying, always read everyone's post. Do not over post. That means if several members are involved don't post right off the bat.
Reason(s): 1.) When many people are involved in a RolePlay it is easy to stray off topic. That will cause the RolePlay to become just a collaboration of mini-RolePlay's. It will be messy and users wll be uninterested in the RolePlay. Thus, causing it to die.
2.) When multiple people are RolePlaying, keep all characters active. Do not go unnoticing of other actions that characters make.
3.) Keep it fair. No characters may be allowed to possess powers or abilities that will automatically make them stronger than anyone else. We have many members of different RolePlaying skills, and we want it to be fair for them to gain strenght and learn how have a stronger character.
4.) However if your character possess's elements over time, water, wind, fire, earth, it will be too much power for them and it outdo the other characters.
5.) Therefore, abilities that consist the control of time, or any element, is not allowed. (power.of.three)
Characters:
1.) Please be original with created characters. We do not need two characters who are the same with dfferent names. It's very annoying.
2.) If you want more than one character, that's fine. Please make a seperate account for that character. It will be your responsibilty to keep up with your characters.
3.) Try to have a maximum of three characters. Give others a chance. =]
Advertisement:
1.) Do not post other links to get people to join other sites outside of the Affiliate and Advertise section. If it a link for a picture, explaination, that is acceptable.
2.) Nothing like. "This is a really awesome site. Ya'll should sign up for it." You will recieve a warn and the post will be removed.
As an ending note, do not take advantage of any rewards you are given. Respect all members.
